safe mode coming on after reset

I was using my tablet turned it off . when ready to ten it back on there was nothing it would not come on,tried to charge it but that diet help, so I pushed the reset button,it came on right awaybutnow some appss won't work and when I goto shut it down it wants to do it quick safe mode
