After changing the charging ic, a problem appeared with the touch?

Can you help guys?? My iPhone 15 Pro Mix was damaged and I changed the charging ic and the phone worked, but touching it works for two minutes and then stops.

I'm not clear on what it was you did; you've said you changed the charging IC and the charging cable. Did you actually do board level replacement of a BGA part, or did you just change out the lightning port assembly? Or are we just talking about replacing the USB-C charging cord? Which is it?
